Second, to promote active collaborationism and mutual assistance on matters of common interest in the economic, social cultural, technical, scientific and administrative fields. Third, to promote Southeast Asian studies and to maintain stuffy and beneficial cooperation with existing international and regional organization with similar aims and purpose and explore all avenues for even closer cooperation among themselves.(ASEAN) focus for three (3) communities to achieve.
